What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and deep relaxation. It's like entering a daydream-like state where you're highly attentive to suggestions. During hypnosis you will become more open to positive suggestions that can help you make desired changes in your thoughts, behaviours, or emotions.

 

Contrary to popular myths, people under hypnosis remain in control and cannot be forced to do anything against their will. It's a safe and effective tool used to address various concerns, promote relaxation, and facilitate positive change.
